COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA

Collection and processing of data that may fall within the meaning of personal data of article 4 of Regulation (EU) 679/2016 takes place when you register as a member in our online store, when you register for the electronic newsletter service, as well as when you submit an electronic order for the company’s products, on your behalf to our online store. The data requested by www.trshouse.gr. for your registration in the above services is the minimum possible and only that which is absolutely necessary for the purposes of the service provided. Specifically, the following is obtained:

The provision of personal data is legally necessary for the conclusion of a contract between trshouse.gr and the customer.

Specifically for sending newsletters via email to our customers, the legal basis for processing is the provision of article 11, paragraph 3 of the Law. 3471/2006. In any case, the customer may at any time object to the sending of these messages.

Without the express consent of the subject/user, we will not make personal data available to any third party for the purposes of direct marketing of our services or any other third party, nor for any other purposes, other than those expressly provided for herein.

Also, no transfer of personal data will take place to a third country (outside the EU) or international organization, without the express consent of the data subject.

In every process of collecting and storing personal data on our part, all modern and appropriate technical and organizational measures for the purposes of processing are applied, the response of which is checked at regular intervals.

PROCESSING DURATION

The duration of the processing of your personal data by the controller will depend on the length of cooperation between the customer and www.trshouse.gr, the duration of the business and the general regulatory – tax framework and in any case not beyond the absolutely reasonable period of time, for the fulfillment of the above processing purposes. In any case, the data of each customer-member of the website will be automatically destroyed, in case a period of 10 years passes without using his account or in case the business closes. However, in the event that the customer purchases products from the website, www.trshouse.gr. will process his data for a period of 20 years from the date of conclusion of the sales contract (general limitation period).

SUBJECT RIGHTS

Μετά την υποβολή του σχετικού αιτήματος διά της άνωθεν διεύθυνσης ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου, η www.trshouse.gr. διαθέτει προθεσμία 30 ημερών, για να απαντήσει σχετικά. Η www.trshouse.gr. επιφυλάσσεται ρητώς να αρνηθεί τη διαγραφή μέρους των δεδομένων, σε περίπτωση που αυτό είναι απαραίτητα στην ίδια για λόγους λογιστικής παρακολούθησης και συμμόρφωσης με την ισχύουσα φορολογική νομοθεσία, για την προάσπισή των εννόμων συμφερόντων της, καθώς και στις περιπτώσεις που το εν λόγω αίτημα είναι αβάσιμο, επαναλαμβανόμενο ή υπερβολικό.
